LinkedIn has been tweaking it's algorithm, and one of the most recent tweaks in 2017 has been the prioritization of native video being pushed out on the news feed.  I think there is a tremendous opportunity for clinical researchers to utilize LinkedIn video in order to obtain more opportunities in clinical trials.
