The Importance of CRA and CRC Relationships in Clinical Research

CRA's and CRC's don't always work well together. This is evident in cases where CRA's effectively spam sites with calls or emails regarding action items and end up as a nuisance to the site rather than a resource. CRA's can instead pursue positive relationships with the study coordinators as well as other supporting staff.
