Improving Diversity and Disparities In Clinical Research Participation

Sponsors, CROs and sites are beginning to take steps towards making the clinical research industry more inclusive. This video points out that inclusivity can come from enrolling diverse patient samples or by enlisting physicians from diverse backgrounds. One of the reasons that inclusivity has become such an important topic is that diverse patient samples during clinical trials are better at representing the larger population.
