A former research assistant recounts her journey into becoming a research coordinator. This coordinator has a degree is in business instead of science which may seem as a disadvantage yet her degree has not stopped her from learning how to be a coordinator. She talks about her new position as an oncology research coordinator as being challenging but she is confident that she has the support she needs from her site and especially her PI.
