How A CRA Can Assess PI and CRC Workload in Clinical Research

CRAs have many responsibilities but one of the most important things they must do is to communicate sponsor goals to sites. Doing so requires that they identify obstacles that may prevent the site from being able to meet the needs of sponsors. This video goes over some of the warnings that each CRA must look for when identifying sites that may not be able to meet sponsor requests possibly because of a lack of PI oversight or the site does not have enough time to dedicate to the study.
