Cras Should Always Keep All Versions of Their Monitoring Reports

CRA’s should keep copies of every monitoring report that is sent to the sponsor for revision. The purpose of having saved copies is that sponsors will sometimes make changes to the report in order to fit their own interests which may produce reports with omissions. In the event of an audit many findings may be discovered and it is important for monitors to be able to show that they did not fail to identify any site errors.
