As sites continue to grow, they must find new physicians to act as PI, Sub-I or referral sources. In order to meet this demand, many sites might be tempted to look at large medical groups in order to increase the chances of finding a physician. Unfortunately physicians from large medical groups tend to have contractual obligations to their groups that would otherwise prohibit them to enter an agreement with other institutions.
