Clinical Research Monitoring Findings and Trip Report Writing

A CRA student reviews findings from a mock monitoring visit. During her chart review, she discovers a documentation inconsistencies committed by the site and recommends that the site should be retrained. Because this can be considered to be a major finding, she also believes that the finding should be included in her monitoring report for further sponsor review.
