Today we interviewed Pastor Nellie. Nellie wanted to come on our show and share some reasons regarding why she is hesitant to join a clinical trial. Nellie has never participated in a clinical trial before although she would like to. We asked her what was keeping her back and she shared some excellent feedback as to why she has not joined a clinical trial as of yet. We thought this would be a great interview to post up since it shows a typical sentiment that we are receiving from many people just like Nellie who would like to join clinical trials but are a little wary of doing so. There is some excellent information in this video that we can all learn from.

Social Media and Clinical Trials
We’ve done several posts on social media and clinical trials on this website, and I guess you can boil down the common denominator of all these posts into one word: trust. What many who are attempting to utilize social media for clinical trial recruitment fail to understand is that people need to trust you before they will respond. Posting commercials on youtube is not a way to earn their trust. Using actors in your youtube videos to describe their clinical trial experiences does not earn people’s trust. Does your audience actually trust you? Think about that before making your next recruitment video.
