I received a question from a viewer who was frustrated by the fact that payments were getting into his clinic very late, and his invoices were frequently getting returned with queries or other such changes. In this video I run through some advice for this clinic and also give some pointers for anyone else out there who is negotiating a clinical trial budget. One of the biggest negotiating points that you need to get in writing and set in stone is monthly payments.
