This video post was inspired by a comment we received regarding a particular study participant from New York who felt that the researchers at his clinic did not do an adequate job of listening to his complaints and side effects/adverse events. This particular example unfortunately may not be an isolated event, but a trend that we thought was important enough to discuss again. Let us know what you think about this.
