In clinical trials, especially psychiatric clinical trials, the issue of a study participant’s diagnosis is very important. Because psychiatric diagnosis’ are very subjective, it is very common for a clinical trial participant to have several different psychiatric diagnosis’ depending on which clinical trial they were most recently involved in.
