In this video, Don talks about how to approach a research clinic staff member when you want to let them know that you are thinking of quitting the study. You have every right to withdraw from a clinical trial for any reasons. However, you should call the clinic and tell them the truth rather than simply avoiding communication and not showing up. This will not only have the clinical trial staff members worried because they haven’t heard from you, but they will also be very hesitant to put you into another study at a later date should you happen to change your mind again.
