Don shares his interactions with a CRA who has helped him learn a lot by giving insightful advice and bringing a “no nonsense” approach to the table. In every clinical trial, a CRA is assigned to a research clinic and, over time, develops a relationship with the study staff. We have seen examples of both good and not so good monitors, but in this particular example, Don highlights some attributes of a good CRA. This post is aimed at the research clinics.
